Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative activities to support the assigned work team.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintaining records.
  • Generate reports on operations, personnel changes, and other key metrics using company software.
  • Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Design processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Act as an administrative liaison within and outside the company on administrative issues.
Experience Required
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, SAP, Excel, and export processes.
Skills & Certifications
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite
  • Strong clerical and data validation skills
  • Document validation and work tracking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Eligibilities & qualifications
  • Education: Minimal high school diploma required
