Administrative Assistant

Want a great work environment? We're hiring now for an Administrative Assistant in Georgetown, TX. This will be a temporary position assisting the HR team and will last approximately 3 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in launching a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.

• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

• Provide administrative and operational support for the Human Resources department by assisting with employee records, recruiting, scheduling interviews, prepping orientations, and employee engagement

• Assist with new hire onboarding, employment verifications, and employee document management.

• Support I-9 processing and ensure employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave requests, and other HR-related topics.

• Time card collection and reconciliation, data reporting

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Communicating between staffing agencies regarding recruiting, new hires, terms, etc

• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information

• Strong customer service mindset and patience

• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

• GED / High School Diploma

• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
