Job Description
Graham Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a client in Greensboro with daily office operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and professional individual who is comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Pay rate: $17-19/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Greet visitors and provide general office support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare, file, and organize documents
- Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence
- Support management and staff with administrative needs
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
