Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, and expense reporting
Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, catering, and visitor support, ensuring smooth daily operations
Track action items, deadlines, and maintain organized records and documentation
Support employee engagement activities, special projects, and cross-functional coordination
Requirements:
Experience in administrative support, scheduling, and office coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to manage workflows and documentation
Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
