Position Summary:

Responsible for performing all administrative duties supporting the Vice President of Operations as

well as other members of the Leadership team. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling,

performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and working

on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential

and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of employees and contacts at all levels of the

organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified

workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.

Principal Duties Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage designated calendars

Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department

activities as needed

Prepare reports, presentations, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memos as guided by

general company practice

Submit all expense reports for designated manager(s) in accordance with the Travel and

Expense Policy guidelines

Works with inventory to monitor past due loaners according to policy

Assist with Administrative Support pool work as assigned on occasion by the Executive Assistant

as well as prepare necessary reports, presentations and information as requested by the

Executive Assistant

Screens calls, takes messages and makes appointments

Serves as a backup for other Functional support roles as needed

Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual

Must embody the Company's Vision, Mission and Values

Other duties may be assigned

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Required

2+ Years in Administrative Field

Intermediate in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Basic Oral and Written Communication Skills

Basic Conflict Resolution and People Skills

Basic Knowledge of Business Math

Experience in Lotus Notes, SAP and Concur Preferred but not Required
