A condominium association in Highland Beach is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with residents, staying organized, and helping keep an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries

• Review and respond to emails

• Assist residents in a courteous and professional manner

• Scan and send invoices to the accounting vendor

• Research invoice payments and follow up as needed

• Compile and send documents related to condo sales

• Provide general administrative and clerical support

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using email, scanning documents, and basic office technology

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Experience working with a condo association, property management office, or residential community is a plus

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
