Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire)

Are you an experienced administrative professional with strong leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support daily operations, departmental initiatives, financial processes, and community-focused programs for a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Executive Administrator to establish departmental goals and operational priorities.
Review timesheets, coordinate payroll submissions, and support accounts payable activities.
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and revenues while assisting with budget planning and fiscal management.
Coordinate community events, outreach programs, and organizational marketing efforts.
Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations.
Manage calendars, schedules, and administrative operations.
Serve as a liaison between departments and support internal communication efforts.
Assist with special projects and represent leadership during periods of absence when appropriate.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Minimum of 3 years of progressive administrative, operations, office management, or leadership experience.
Experience with payroll, budgeting, accounting, or financial reporting.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
