Title: Administrative Assistant – Housing Programs

Duration: 06 months on W2 contract
 
Seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of administrative support experience to assist Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide administrative support for housing assistance programs
  • Perform data entry, document processing, filing, scanning, and record maintenance
  • Verify client and owner information using federal and state databases
  • Maintain reports, tracking logs, and correspondence
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations
  • Assist with mailings, file archiving, compliance reviews, and records management
 
Required Skills:
 
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with data entry, document management, and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
 
Qualifications:
 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Associate Degree preferred.
