The Administrative Assistant-HR supports the HR department by managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining compliance of records, assisting new hire orientation, and responding to employee inquiries about policies and benefits.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with HR software (preferred).
Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous HR or administrative experience.
This full-time position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.
