Your role as aN Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant with HCRMA, you'll engage in essential office support tasks that are critical to our operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with vendors, consultants, contractors, and the general public, building relationships and facilitating smooth communication. Administrative Assistants I will independently manage general assignments while ensuring that any unusual issues are escalated to a supervisor for guidance.

As you progress to Administrative Assistant II, you will take on a coordinating role, overseeing activities for various projects and specialized programs. For those at the Administrative Assistant III level, you will demonstrate greater autonomy in managing assignments and addressing issues, with minimal need for supervisor intervention. This position not only fosters professional growth but also empowers you to contribute to the team's success in a meaningful way.
