The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a prominent pharmaceutical client of ours. This role is onsite in Lake Mary, FL

Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746
Rate: $20-$22/hour
Duration: 6-month contract - potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget. 
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday 
Overview
This position provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Director-level leaders across various locations. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Provide high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership, including:
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Expense management and reporting
  • Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups
  • Conduct special projects and studies, providing insights and recommendations

Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year in an administrative role supporting senior leadership required
  • SAP Concur or extensive expense management required.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills required
