Job Title: Admin Assistant Pay Rate: $20 - $25
Job Duties:
• Answering phones • Giving quotes • Reviewing and preparing orders with customers to meet their needs • General office administration duties • Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines
Job Requirements:
Construction:
• Cabinet front desk experience • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Typing 50 wpm • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Valid CA driver license and reliable transportation • Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English is desirable)
Customer Service:
• Must pass a background check • 12 months experience in similar office work setting • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
