IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant II (Bilingual English/Arabic) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role supports front desk operations and administrative functions within a healthcare or customer service environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

Position Overview for the Administrative Assistant II (Bilingual English/Arabic):

  • Provide front desk support and administrative assistance in a busy healthcare or customer service setting.
  • Greet visitors, manage phone inquiries, and handle customer service responsibilities in both English and Arabic.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, visitors, and staff to ensure effective communication.
  • Support ongoing administrative needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant II (Bilingual English/Arabic):

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Previous experience in front desk, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
