This role provides comprehensive administrative support to meet site objectives, including onboarding, procurement, and vendor liaison tasks.
Responsibilities encompass managing purchase requisitions, processing invoices, tracking orders, and coordinating with key vendors.
Additional duties include handling mail, supporting meetings and employee events, managing shipping/receiving, and verifying work orders and invoices.
The incumbent manages site communications (Intranet, digital boards, emails, newsletter), oversees the safety boot program, orders supplies and promotional items, and facilitates quarterly townhalls.
They also support document retention services, assist with new employee orientation, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of administrative/procurement experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.
Preferred skills include vendor management, data analysis, and shipping/ mailroom experience.
