The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support warehouse operations for a leading organization in Radford, VA. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, organization, and team collaboration.  This is a short term assignment.
Position Overview
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to warehouse and inventory operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, data entry, and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
  • File, scan, copy, and organize warehouse and inventory documents
  • Support document tracking and email communications
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Required:
  • 1–2 years of administrative or data entry experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills

Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills
Pay Rate: Up to $23.91 per hour DOE
