Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Hybrid)
Duration: 8 Months Contract
Note: Monday to Thursday - Onsite & Friday - Remote
Project/Business Initiative they will be supporting:
Equipment orders through Work store internal equipment ordering
Stock equipment, supplies, and distribute orders as needed
Set up lunches, stock snack area
Order new hire nameplates and refresh new hire desk areas
Conference room calendar management
Possibly taking on one manager calendar (TBD)
Work side by side other admins for team on-site support
Top 3 Must Haves (skillset/years of experience/tech stack/ etc.):
1. Self - Started, super organized, familiar and comfortable with privacy
2. 2-3 years as an Admin - managing calendars, ordering equipment, new employee set up, event scheduling
3. Knowing how to use client s products (Keynote, Slack, Calendar)
Nice to Haves:- Fortune 500 experience
- Self starter
- Able to handle multiple requests with efficiency and precision
