Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) is hiring an Administrative Assistant III to support the Earth & Environmental Sciences Area (EESA)!
In this exciting role, you will join a high-performing administrative team dedicated to delivering exceptional administrative support to scientific and operational staff. This role supports a dynamic community of 400+ staff, students, and affiliates addressing some of the most pressing environmental and energy challenges of the 21st century. You will manage administrative and general business functions-such as travel coordination, procurement, property management, timekeeping, and event support-while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to develop strong working knowledge of relevant systems and regulations and be cross-trained to provide backup support toteam members as needed. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional able to provide a broad range of administrative services requiring sound judgment, initiative, and discretion.
This position has an anticipated start date of June 1, 2026.
