Job Duties

• Provides administrative support for day-to-day operations of the MAC and its programs;
• Manages MAC database systems and confidential records and routinely compiles information for administrative reports and updates, in collaboration with the Registrar and other units as required;
• Assists with training, management, and evaluation of the MAC's peer tutors;
• Designs and produces training materials and other documents as needed in support of MAC programs;
• Processes purchasing, travel, and other fiscal paperwork in keeping with VMI Comptroller's office guidelines;
• Maintains the Miller Academic Center webpage and social media accounts;
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.

Minimum Qualifications

• Related experience in office setting
• Familiarity with Excel and Qualtrics
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Data collection experience and reporting
