Job Summary: The Administrative Clerk represents to employees, visitors and customers. The Administrative Clerk will utilize a diverse knowledge of administrative processes at the local site level in conjunction with corporate procedures to support all departments.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Business Excellence
Completes and participates in all training program curriculum and activities to develop knowledge of department policies, processes, procedures, and systems used while developing an internal network.
Plays an active role by providing support in the achievement of goals and assisting with all types of work across the department. Work effectively with the team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives. (Daily task, duties, requests, order follow-up, creating reports, etc. – routine and repetitive).
Interchangeably work between answering calls and servicing concurrent digital messages (i.e., phone, SMS text, email, etc.) while completing various tasks related to multiple departments and assist with general information requests.
Coordinates and interacts effectively with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Production, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Shipping Departments to ensure high level of service and timely expedition of requests.

Experience:
Required: Administrative, clerical, customer service or related work experience in manufacturing environment or other industries
Education:
Required: High School diploma or G.E.D
Preferred: Associate/bachelor’s degree
