Summary:
- The company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist the Accounts Payable with Fiscal Year end activities.
Responsibilities:
- File, retrieve, and maintain vendor payment files and other documents as required.
- Provide general information to departments, staff, and vendors.
- Prepare and scan vendor payments into our digital file.
- Pick up and distribute the Business Office daily mail and associated correspondence.
- Work effectively in a team setting.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable documents, invoices, transactions, and statements.
- Maintain accounts payable records.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with office equipment skills for scanning and copying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Experience with filing and general office duties such as mail management.
- Familiarity with working in a hospital environment.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting and Accounts Payable terminology.
