Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $29.19/HR, W 2
Duration: 2 + Month Contract
Summary:
The company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist the Accounts Payable with Fiscal Year end activities.
Responsibilities:
File, retrieve, and maintain vendor payment files and other documents as required.
Provide general information to departments, staff, and vendors.
Prepare and scan vendor payments into our digital file.
Pick up and distribute the Business Office daily mail and associated correspondence.
Work effectively in a team setting.
Reconcile Accounts Payable documents, invoices, transactions, and statements.
Maintain accounts payable records.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience with office equipment skills for scanning and copying.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Experience with filing and general office duties such as mail management.
Familiarity with working in a hospital environment.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting and Accounts Payable terminology.
