Summary:
- Full-Time position (Temp to Perm)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cashiering processes using internal and external systems
- Conduct daily dispute case research and resolution using internal systems
- Research short pays and rebills, analyze trends, and make corrections
- Assist with location onboarding processes as needed
- Conduct period-end reconciliation of internal ledgers and trend reporting
- Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
- Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and coordinate issues when possible
- Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
- Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
- Interact daily with all functional teams
- Maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material
- Administer specific applications and time-bound processes accurately and timely
- Create customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros
- Work on special projects as necessary
- Support community projects
- Support management to provide them more time with the front line
- Develop recommendations and implement solutions based on analytical findings
- Perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable solutions
- Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments accurately in a timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Demonstrate tact, integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others
- Must be a strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary
- Willingness to learn and take on projects
- Ability to handle multiple changing priorities in challenging situations
