Job Title: 

Event & Administrative Coordinator (Contract) 

Job Type: 

  • 12-month contract (potential to extend) 

  • Contract or contract-to-hire 

  • No overtime required 
  • 40 Hours a week, $22 an hour

Location: 

  • Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday 

  • Additional onsite days as needed for events 

  • Local candidates only 

Job Overview: 

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event & Administrative Coordinator. This role plays a key part in planning and executing company-wide events while also providing administrative support to leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and execution of company events (awards programs, luncheons, appreciation events, etc.) 

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager of Associate Engagement 

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and communications for events and programs 

  • Monitor and respond to department email inquiries 

  • Prepare reports and materials for events 

  • Organize internal programs (training sessions, discount directory, recognition programs) 

  • Support event setup and execution, troubleshooting issues as needed 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners 

 
 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 1–2+ years of administrative or coordination experience 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Customer-service oriented mindset 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting or coordinating events 

  • Corporate environment experience 

  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
