Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:


· Provide administrative support to the Manager of Associate Engagement.


· Assist in planning and executing associate events, recognition programs, and engagement activities.


· Coordinate event logistics, communications, scheduling, and materials.


· Maintain the Associate Discount Directory and related records.


· Organize associate programs such as golf clinics, CPR training, and wellness initiatives.


· Monitor department communications and respond to inquiries promptly.


· Prepare reports, presentations, and event-related documentation.


· Provide hands-on support during events and assist with special projects as assigned.


Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:


· High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.


· 1–2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.


· Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.


· Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills.


· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).


· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


· Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn.


· Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $19.13 to $22.69 per hour
