Position performs a variety of administrative tasks, including answering telephones, typing or word processing, making copies of documents, and maintaining records. Duties include the following: - Capture and input completed invoices into computerized system on a timely manner. - Verify invoices for accuracy and notify customer of any discrepancies. - Prepare accurate manifest, shipping, and all other documents required for shipping/transport of various containment units/material/supplies. - Maintain and replenish, as needed, inventory labels and placards required for shipping/transport. - Complete accurate weekly reports. - Be knowledgeable and in compliance at all times with company and governmental regulations regarding the proper transport, handling, and emergency response for hazardous materials. - Check all manifest for accuracy and completeness, including analytical attachment, and required signatures. - Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, document service needs, and coordinate scheduling with the manager to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
