We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant at the West location who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to site manager and providers
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Work closely with credentialing and revenue cycle departments
  • Support calendar creation and maintenance
  • Various department administrative duties
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Personal characteristics:
  • Knowledge of KOC operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of provider professional requirement.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in use of electronic health record software.
  • Proficient in use of various forms of office technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google products including but not limited to Google Calendar. Should have working knowledge of computer operating systems, printers, copiers, phone system, postage machine, etc. as well as the ability to assist physicians and other staff members with these when necessary.
  • Must be dependable, timely, organized and self-starter. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Promotes good public relations and customer service at all times.
Education and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Experience in Medical office setting preferred.
