Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Shift: M-FR 9:00am - 1:00pm
Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a part-time, hybrid role. This position is 20 hours per week, with a schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking
- Manage and issue employee ID badges
- Process employee change forms and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:- Previous office or administrative experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)
