About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills to support data entry, reporting, and daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data in Excel and internal systems
- Create and update reports (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Review data for accuracy and correct errors
- Track orders, inventory, or production data
- Organize files and assist with general admin tasks
Qualifications
- Data entry experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
