Administrative Assistant – Legal & Compliance - Greenwich, CTCompensation: $65,000–$85,000 base + OT + bonusExperience: 1-5 yearsSchedule: 3 days on-siteA highly respected and established alternative investment firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its Legal & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support a collaborative legal department within a fast-paced financial services environment.The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. This individual will play a key role in supporting legal and compliance professionals with a broad range of administrative responsibilities.Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and phone coverage for members of the Legal & Compliance teamMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, databases, and document management processesProcess legal invoices and coordinate approvals while partnering with external billing contactsTrack attorney licensing and bar admission requirements, renewals, and related recordsCoordinate domestic travel arrangements and prepare detailed itinerariesPrepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate mannerAssist with planning and coordinating department meetings, events, and team initiativesProvide reception coverage and general office support as neededSupport additional legal, compliance, and administrative projects on an ad hoc basisQualifications 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services, legal, or professional services environmentsBachelor's degree preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismProven ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach#J-18808-Ljbffr
