Pay Rate: 27 hourly

Purpose- Provide interim administrative support to the EHS department to enable the EHS Manager to focus on active regulatory and safety priorities.
Responsibilities- Organize, file, and maintain EHS records and documentation (physical and electronic)
- Data entry and upkeep of trackers, logs, and spreadsheets
- Receive incoming mail and correspondence to the EHS Manager (intake and logging only — not response)
- Scan, label, and archive documents per established naming conventions
- Schedule training classes in collaboration with manufacturing and R&D and assist with general clerical tasks related to training material and logging training completion records.
- Assist with assembling and formatting documents according to the Quality department's requirements.
- Assist with managing information related to contractor safety and inputting training records.
Requirements- 2+ years administrative or clerical experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Micros
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material appropriately
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable in a manufacturing environment
