Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support financial advisors by preparing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Ameriprise’s CRM and other internal systems.
  • Process client transactions and service requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the financial advisory team to ensure timely and effective information flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
