Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant IV, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting senior management and project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organization, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to director-level management, including calendar management and expense tracking.
  • Lead site engagement efforts through planning and execution of various initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage meeting arrangements efficiently.
  • Compose professional correspondence and greet visitors in a welcoming manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, conduct special studies, and prepare reports with recommendations.
What's Needed?
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with excellent technical skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of tracking multiple requests and following up effectively.
  • Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality with a go-getter attitude.
  • Previous experience supporting senior management and coordinating office services functions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
