This Administrative Assistant supports VA Healthcare System's Engineering Service, focusing on budget management, records, procurement, and administrative tasks for major construction programs.

They will:

  • Manage budgets, review pay applications, and maintain related spreadsheets
  • Gather KPI data and track procurement activities, including vendor quotes and purchase orders
  • Maintain digital and physical procurement records in compliance with VA policies
  • Coordinate project deliveries post-award and prepare project management documents
  • Support communication, meetings, and documentation efforts

Requirements include an associate’s degree or 4-6 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, federal background clearance, and knowledge of project management and interior design procurement.
