The Hiring Advisors is currently recruiting a high-energy, tech-forward A&R Assistant to directly support the CEO of a fast-growing music label based in Los Angeles.

What You’ll Do

• Executive Coordination: Manage the CEO’s high-volume calendar, tracking studio sessions, travel, writing camps, and time-sensitive priorities.
• Industry Liaison: Serve as the direct liaison between the CEO, artists, managers, producers, songwriters, and executive teams.
• Tech & AI Integration: Help test, implement, and leverage AI tools and tech platforms to streamline discovery, operations, and daily workflows.
• Cultural Scouting: Stay plugged into underground scenes, emerging trends, viral creators, and rising songwriters across Pop and Hip-Hop.

What You Bring

• LA Music Scene Exposure: Deeply tapped into Los Angeles artist culture, music trends, and industry players.
• Executive Support Experience: Background supporting an executive, founder, artist, or creative leader preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Master of G-Suite with a strong curiosity for AI, music-tech, and workflow automation.
• Mindset: Highly proactive, organized under pressure, and obsessed with detail.
