Job Summary

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with invoicing and accounts, and is comfortable working near the office location on a consistent schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments professionally

Requirements
