Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Lyons, Georgia

Compensation: Starting at $19.00

Schedule: M- F - 8AM-5PM

The administrative assistant will be working to assist and support the general manager and supply chain manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Schedule shipping and receiving appointments
  • Record temperature sensors
  • Professionally welcome and directs visitors
  • Assists with onboarding new employees
  • Processing all orders
  • Ensuring Order & Invoice accuracy
  • Manage Order Delivery and Timeline expectations.
  • Professional Interaction with Customers
  • Updating customers records
  • Onboarding New Customers
  • Becoming an expert on products & services offered
  • Assist Supply Manager with administrative duties
  • Proficient with scanning/uploading appropriate documents to work orders
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers on daily services
  • Handle escalations and complaint resolution
  • Enter and validate customer orders (EDI, portal, email)
  • Ensure accurate product availability before confirming
  • Manage order adjustments, substitutions, and cancellations
  • Maintain ERP data integrity (Famous, OneStream etc.)

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
