High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of administrative, office services, reception, or facilities experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional, polished, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to go above and beyond
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls
Manage reception duties, conference room scheduling, and office calendars
Maintain office appearance, stock supplies, and keep the café/breakroom organized
Coordinate catering orders, meeting logistics, and office events
Process incoming mail, UPS shipments, certified mail requests, and check logs
Assist with document scanning, printing, assembling client materials, and special projects
Support onboarding activities and administrative operations for the Madison office
