Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives and teams within the Coverage and Capital Markets vertical.
This role will primarily support teams across Latin America, Asia, and Canada, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and coordination across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and coordinating internal and external appointments
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visa support (as needed), and expense reporting in line with company policies
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics coordination and materials preparation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Provide general administrative and operational support to enhance team productivity and business operations
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role
- Prior experience within a financial services or professional services environment is preferred
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across global teams and time zones
