DETAILS:
• Duration: 6-month Temp to Hire
• Location: College Park, MD
• Salary: $25 - $28/hr depending on experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in College Park, MD.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:
• Performing various routine office tasks such as distribution, filing, faxing, and scanning of electronic files, letters, documents, reports, drawings, and shipping.
• Reviewing and routing correspondence to appropriate personnel.
• Composing and generating routine correspondence to customers/suppliers based on instructions.
• Preparing and maintaining a variety of reports, procedures, lists, charts, schedules, exhibits, etc.
• Creating and maintaining routine spreadsheets or databases on various systems/activities.
• Reviewing requested correspondence for clerical completeness and accuracy.
• Entering correspondence information in the database accurately.
• Maintaining records and data for accuracy, including periodic auditing of the database.
• Investigating discrepancies in reports and records and conferring with personnel for resolution.
• Performing other tasks as delegated by department management.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three (3) years’ work experience in an office administrative or similar capacity is preferred.
• A high degree of competence with Windows Office products, especially Word and Excel.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency with office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and set priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Construction experience is a good fit for this role.
• Must be comfortable working in outdoor elements.
