We are seeking a contract Administrative Assistant in Menlo Park, CA, for a 6-month period.
As a key member of the Product organization’s operations, you will support leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, expense processing, and event planning.
You will handle communication with employees, guests, partners, and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and external engagements.
You will also oversee office operations, assist with projects, and improve administrative processes.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in executive support, project management, and event planning, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
They are resourceful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
