Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective telephone, email and in-person communications, both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
- Provide general office support including the maintenance of office equipment, including copiers, mail processes such as mail distribution, supplies, Fedex, and UPS.
- Process office invoices or expenses related to the office
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, filings and orders as needed.
- Provide support to Human Resources when needed (ex. Badge access creation, locker log)
- Assist with vendor onboarding
- Provide general support to visitors including transportation, hotel arrangement when needed
- Support training initiatives for warehouse employees
- Assist with coordinating events (ex. Holiday Lunches, birthdays, recognition program etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma is required; Bachelor degree preferred.
- One (1+) year experience or related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Office or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Excellent prioritization skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Proficient in computer program literacy including but not limited to Microsoft applications (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
The pay for this role in the state of NJ is $23.00/hr and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location
