- Provide administrative support to the team, including document control, filing, copying, and scanning of technical and project materials.
- Maintain organized records of engineering drawings, specifications, and revisions in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with preparation and formatting of reports, work instructions, test data, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, track project timelines, and update task logs or project trackers as directed.
- Support procurement activities by assisting with requisitions, supplier correspondence, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Production departments to support documentation and process updates.
- Assist in maintaining databases, logs, and spreadsheets for department activities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
