Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office management and operations staff
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare, process, and manage shipping and office documentation
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office calendars
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reporting tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal departments
- Support onboarding paperwork and employee records management
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

Experience Required:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
