Duties
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and transfer them to relevant departments or individuals.
  • Manage email correspondence effectively.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including requesting quotes and placing orders.
  • Maintain organized records and files
Qualifications
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong grammar and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
