Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: New Philadelphia, OH 
Duration: 11 Month Contract 
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range: USD $17.20 - $19.55 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
Previous experience providing administrative or office support in a professional environment.
Experience coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and supporting office maintenance and operations.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and coordinate schedules, meetings, and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience supporting travel arrangements, shipping/receiving, visitor coordination, and invoice/document tracking.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 
Orders office supplies and coordinates with vendors supporting office mainenance and operations.
Coordinates the preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment between lab personnel and vendors.
Assists in lab maintenance activities including new chemical approvals, chemical inventory, lab computer management, hazardous waste disposal coordination.
Supports finance personnel in the tracking and submission of invoices and other documentation.
Provides logistics support for shipping and receiving.
Provides logistical support such as receiving visitors, arranging conference calls/large group meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling Technology social events.
