Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative support to advisors and the operations team
- Managing calendars, correspondence, and client documentation
- Assisting with data entry, recordkeeping, and internal reports
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining organized digital files
- Supporting daily office operations and client service tasks
Ideal Qualifications:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
- Flexible hours: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Salary: $67k - 70k/Year
