Salary/Hourly Rate:
$26/hr

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to investment and operations teams, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and office functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. This is a professional, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth opportunities within the private equity industry.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed
  • Process expense reports and assist with invoice management
  • Coordinate office operations, vendors, and supply inventory
  • Handle filing, scanning, and document management
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support special projects and assist with team initiatives
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Experience within private equity, financial services, investment banking, or professional services environments
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or teams
  • Exposure to expense reporting and travel coordination
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
