Job Description- Provide daytoday administrative support to the Chief Executive
- Partner closely with two Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling and meeting logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials and executive correspondence
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and adhoc initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrative Assistant should have: - Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role or strong internship experience
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, discreet and comfortable handling confidential matters
- Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate executive needs
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within an EA team
- Bachelors degree is required
