Our Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Chief of Staff, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, maintains strict confidentiality, and enjoys supporting business operations.
Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate domestic and occasional business travel, itineraries, and accommodations.
Support executive scheduling and meeting logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Draft, edit, and proofread business documents and communications.
Assist with office operations, supplies, vendor coordination, and mail distribution.
Help organize company meetings, recruiting events, and cross-functional projects.
Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ year of administrative, executive support, staffing, or office management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
This hybrid position requires flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or travel for company meetings and events. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities, and lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary.
