Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a commercial furniture installation company and this is our warehouse office location. Great customer services skills a must. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. This job is a full time Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm job.  There are occasions when you would be required to stay later than 5:00 pm.


Responsibilities 
  • Answer incoming phone call
  • Schedule incoming deliveries
  • Create receiving reports and organize job files
  • Email our clients their receiving reports
  • Schedule jobs with our trucks and line the installers up for the jobs
  • Keep accurate time sheets for the field labor for payroll
  • Generate work orders for the jobs
  • Keep organized files so the jobs can be invoiced when complete
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
